Title is a very important document in a Real Estate transaction. Making sure that the person selling the house you are about to buy is the actual owner if sort of a big deal. There is a lot of scams going around and because real estate deals with a lot of money and a lot of paperwork, scammers will try to use this to their advantage. When I am representing a buyer or seller in a transaction, I do everything I can to make sure they do not get scammed, knowing what to look for in title work is one of the steps. -Raven

Holiday Gift Guide for Gamers

I am going to do these in a series based on gender and age. This list would be best for a young boy or girl between the ages of 8 and 13 who like to play video games.  First up we have the Oculus Quest 2. My son was able to test this out at his buddies house and he was hooked. The initial investment is pretty large, but from what I am told there are a ton of free games you can download. They're the "hot" toy from 2020 and I am willing to bet it will be hot again this year.
