Title is a very important document in a Real Estate transaction. Making sure that the person selling the house you are about to buy is the actual owner if sort of a big deal. There is a lot of scams going around and because real estate deals with a lot of money and a lot of paperwork, scammers will try to use this to their advantage. When I am representing a buyer or seller in a transaction, I do everything I can to make sure they do not get scammed, knowing what to look for in title work is one of the steps. -Raven

Prime Big Deal Days!

  Prime Big Deal Days have arrived and I am here for it! I have 4 kids currently, I say "currently" because 3 are mine and one is an exchange student, and I need to get these kids some Christmas gifts.   July Prime Days I know... I am so bad at posting consistently, my bestie and I actually have a plan to get together to make some blog posts together and keep each other more consistent. Hopefully we will get on it this fall when the kids all go back to school! For today, however, I am so excited to share some amazing deals for Prime Days!
